Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join our team in Greenville. This role is essential for preparing comprehensive cost estimates for diverse projects, spanning from $100K to $500 million, within the manufacturing sector.Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for site and manufacturing projects. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure all estimates align with project specifications and budget constraints. Utilize takeoff and modeling software to enhance the precision of project estimates. Participate in bid processes and provide insights to optimize project costs and timelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Extensive experience in estimating within manufacturing construction, with a strong emphasis on capital project management. Proven track record managing large-scale projects, preferably in consumer products or high-speed manufacturing environments. Experience working with a Construction Manager or General Contractor is advantageous. Solid understanding of construction principles and bid processes. Proficiency with takeoff and modeling software. Preferred Experience: Background in paper manufacturing, although not required, is considered a plus. Industrial or manufacturing experience is essential for consideration.
