This new chapter continues the brand's legacy of using entrepreneurship as a force for good while delivering generationless style to its beloved community of customers-all from our HQ in sunny California.The RoleFrank & Eileen is seeking an Operations & Facilities Manager to join our Branded Environments team which oversees all physical manifestations of our brand. At Frank & Eileen, the spaces we work in, welcome customers into, and gather together in matter. The Operations & Facilities Manager plays a key role in making sure those spaces-our retail stores, concessions and shop-in-shops, corporate offices, showrooms, and residential properties -are thoughtfully cared for, beautifully maintained, and ready to support our teams and community every day.This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations and facilities management of all locations once they are open and in use. Partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, this role owns ongoing operational management and operating expenses (OPEX), and works hand-in-hand with Design & Build counterparts to ensure a smooth transition from project completion into daily care and stewardship. We're looking for someone who is hands-on, highly organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating across a range of environments with calm confidence and care. This position is hybrid, based in Frank & Eileen's Los Angeles, CA offices with travel to project sites. This role will report directly to the Head of Branded Environments.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day facilities operations across all Frank & Eileen locationsEnsure spaces are safe, functional, well-maintained, and reflective of our brand valuesManage maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, utilities, and building servicesImplement and maintain preventative maintenance programsConduct regular site visits to proactively identify needs and opportunities for improvementSupport the operational needs of retail stores, concessions and shop-in-shops, offices, showrooms, and brand residential housesServe as the primary point of contact for facilities-related matters once locations are operationalCoordinate timely, thoughtful resolution of issues to minimize disruption and maintain a high standard of careManage operating expense budgets across all physical locationsTrack expenses and ensure spend aligns with approved budgetsPartner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and reportingReview invoices and manage approvals with accuracy and accountabilityIdentify opportunities to operate more efficiently while maintaining quality and experienceBuild and manage strong relationships with facilities and service vendorsNegotiate service agreements and ensure work is completed to standardTrack contracts, renewals, and ongoing performanceCoordinate vendors for routine services and urgent needs as they ariseEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, building codes, and safety standardsSupport security systems, access control, and emergency preparednessMaintain incident documentation and support issue resolution as neededCollaborate closely with the Design & Build team during planning and execution phasesProvide operational input to support long-term functionality, durability, and ease of careParticipate in pre-opening walkthroughs and readiness reviewsLead the transition of newly completed spaces into day-to-day operations and maintenanceOwn the creation and communication of facilities related SOPs for each environment Support facilities operations for brand residential houses and select executive-supported propertiesSupport shipping, receiving, and storage needs on a project basis only, including store openings, relocations, office moves, showroom installs, and special brand initiativesCoordinate delivery schedules, building access, and site logistics with landlords, vendors, and internal partnersTrack project-related logistics costs as part of operating expensesWho You ArePassionate about Frank & Eileen, our mission, and fashion.5+ years of experience in operations, facilities, or office managementExperience in retail, apparel, hospitality, or design-driven environments preferredDemonstrated experience managing operating expensesFamiliarity partnering with design, construction, or real estate teamsFamiliar and comfortable utilizing AirTable, Slack, Google Docs and Google Calendar.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveCalm, professional, and service-minded, always solutions oriented.Comfortable working independently and cross-functionallyA self-starter that takes a proactive approach to starting and finishing tasks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Adaptable - able to work in a dynamic, often ambiguous environment.Nimble - able to handle multiple tasks and meet required deadlines.Team Player - Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment with both internal and external teams.Other RequirementsComfortable managing a flexible schedule.Ability to travel as needed to support different locations.Available to work occasionally after hours and weekends.Occasional packing, unpacking and lifting of boxes up to 50 lbs, trunks or bags as needed in office and during installations.CompensationSalary Range starting at $80,000-$95,000This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the contractor.
