SVP, Senior Mortgage Compliance OperationsAgility 360 is searching for a SVP, Senior Mortgage Compliance Operations with extensive Mortgage Origination's experience.Under the direction of the Executive Vice President, National Credit Operations, this position is responsible for the management, oversight and development of compliance operations for the correspondent delegated, non-delegated and retail lending channels. The SVP, Senior Compliance Operations Manager will drive departmental productivity, quality, efficiency and customer service across multiple channels. This role will also be a major contributor to our client's compliance operations philosophy, process improvements, cost reduction and loan quality.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSAct as a subject matter expert on compliance related mortgage activities including but not limited to TRID, ECOA, HMDA, ATR and fair lending lawsOptimize processes and procedures for compliance operations in Retail and Correspondent lendingDevelop industry leading capacity metrics and reporting for all compliance rolesDevelop and prioritize related technology and system requirementsMaintain staffing and organizational design as neededWork with Compliance to clarify roles, responsibilities, and related audit/QC routinesDevelop and maintain compliance policies and procedures that align with the Enterprise Risk Management framework and regulatory requirementsMaintain first line of defense compliance controls and Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA)Monitor operational compliance with regulatory requirementsPerform all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assignedMentor and train current compliance staff for future growthEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSA Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant work experience in a mortgage related field, Master's Degree preferredMinimum 12 years of mortgage banking experience, preferably 10 years of which are compliance relatedA thorough understanding and knowledge of mortgage banking processes, controls, and overall operationsExperience with regulatory compliance and risk management preferredUnderstanding and knowledge of technology that supports mortgage banking; Encompass (LOS), Mavent, Compliance Ease and other core systemsProven leadership ability in a fast paced, deadline sensitive work environmentStrong working knowledge of conventional, government and non-agency compliance requirementsProven ability to lead projects and initiatives and achieving planned results in compliance operations.Strong analytical and financial skillsADDITIONAL DETAILSLocation: on-site in the Dallas Fort-Worth metroplex areaSalary: Commensurate with experiencePermanent position with medical and dental insurance, time off, a great 401k matching program, tuition assistance program, an employee volunteer program, and a wellness program.
