Our client, a global technology and data center leader, is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be part of the CO+I Learning organization supporting curriculum development for datacenter technicians and other operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Instructional DesignerLocation: RemoteType: ContractWhat's the Job? Design, update, and develop e-learning courses, simulations, videos, and microlearning that support datacenter and technical operations. Conduct needs assessments and collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and alignment with business goals. Create instructional materials including slides, handouts, quizzes, lab instructions, and job-focused performance content. Manage multiple learning projects and deliver updates on schedule while meeting quality and accessibility standards. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement innovative learning solutions, including AI-enabled and 3D-based training experiences.What's Needed? 5+ years of instructional design experience, including needs analysis and learner/task assessments. 3+ years of experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe PremierePro, and Adobe Creative Suite. Proven experience developing interactive, learner-centered e-learning solutions and multimedia content. 3+ years working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to shape training programs. Strong technical troubleshooting skills and proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).What's in it for me?
