Senior Project Manager Automotive / Manufacturing / Technology Solutions Important Requirement Japanese language proficiency (Business level) is required for this role. This position involves direct collaboration with Japanese-speaking clients and internal stakeholders, and the ability to conduct meetings and manage projects in Japanese is essential for success. Position Overview Due to business growth, we are creating a new Senior Project Manager position. This role will lead complex, cross-functional projects in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. In addition to delivering high-impact client projects, you will play a key role in building and shaping the project management function as the organization expands. You will work closely with global stakeholders, including teams and clients in Japan. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from initiation through delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive and manufacturing clients Coordinate cross-functional teams, including overseas stakeholders Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies Ensure alignment between client requirements and delivered solutions Support proposal development and business growth initiatives Contribute to improving and scaling project management processes Help develop and mentor future project management team members Required Qualifications 7+ years of project management experience Experience managing cross-functional projects in B2B environments Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills Strong English communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment U.S. work authorization (Visa sponsorship not available) Preferred Qualifications Experience working with automotive clients (OEM experience is a plus) Experience in manufacturing environments Experience managing technical, digital, or documentation-related projects Experience in growing or evolving organizations Interest in AI-enabled or technology-driven solutions Work Environment Full-time position Hybrid work style Approx. 25% overnight travel High-visibility role within a growing organization Why Join Us?
