Materials Handler II - 2nd Shift

Job Title: Materials Handler II 2nd Shift Duration: 12 Months Contract Work Location: Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA Pay Rate: $20.35/hr Shift: Start Time: 2:30 PM PST End Time: 11:00 PM PST Job Description: This is a non-exempt position, and any hours worked over 40 in a week will be paid at time and a half. The Materials Handler II will be responsible for transporting, organizing, and managing materials within the facility to support operational and construction activities. Key Responsibilities: Drive a cab-over style box truck to transport materials and equipment between designated locations. Move and handle heavy toolboxes, gang boxes, and construction materials throughout the facility. Organize and maintain material cages and storage areas to ensure easy access and accurate inventory control. Identify and locate requested materials from the stockroom and distribute them to appropriate teams. Assist with ordering materials through the stockroom when inventory is low or additional items are required. Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following company safety procedures. Required Experience: 3 5 years of experience in materials handling, warehouse operations, or a related field. Experience driving a cab-over style box truck. Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment. Strong organizational skills and ability to identify and manage materials efficiently.
