Our values-Execute, Protect, Improve, and Character-drive every job we do.The Role:The Piping Foreman is responsible for ensuring a quality install for our customers and doing so by always promoting safety. You will serve as an essential part of successful mechanical piping system installs on our commercial construction projects as well as providing leadership and support on our sites. Job sites will vary amongst commercial projects throughout the area. Projects will mainly consist of K-12, University, and Healthcare buildings. What You'll Do:Ability to read and interpret coordinated construction drawings for all trades.Ability to complete Bill of Materials based on the drawings and blueprints.Fabrication and installation of all types of pipe including carbon steel, copper, etc.Installation of piping equipment including boilers, chillers, pumps, etc.Ability to lead and train all field staffExceptional customer relational skillsGreat communication skills; both written and oralValid driver's license and clean driving recordYou Bring:High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to operate equipment as needed on siteBasic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Internet, EmailUnderstanding usage of technology - iPad, iPhone, applications, etc.Knowledge of steam systemsJourneyman or Master Card preferredBenefits That Matter:Weekly paychecks: $28-$38/hr. based on experience and skill set.100% employee owned; earn stock and profit-sharing bonuses401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, vision, short-and long-term disability and life insuranceSupplemental medical insurancePaternity and maternity leavePaid vacation & holidays including a safety incentive plan to earn more PTOPaid M-Power volunteer hours to service communityCareer growth & training opportunitiesSee more at our website .
