Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Title: Senior Solutions Engineer Location: Norcross, GA 30092 (100% Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Contract (Temp-To-Hire) Pay Rate: $55.00- $60.00 per hour on W2 Job Description: The Senior Network/Solutions Engineer position will design, create, maintain client lab infrastructure throughout the building and the WiFi Test House working closely with the R&D hardware, software and test teams at Client. Key Responsibilities: Maintain troubleshoot and repair Lab Networking in Norcross facility as well as in the Wi-Fi Test House in John’s Creek location. Create and maintain and repair ProxMox VM solutions for labs in Norcross facility. Maintain and create scripting for Network Management and Reporting of the Networking equipment throughout the Norcross facility. Support remote Network Security Team, with resolving vulnerability tickets for Norcross facility. Troubleshoot and repair Wi-Fi and remote access in the Norcross facility. Support Security Systems and Servers for Norcross facility. Maintain all DOCSIS environments at Norcross and Wi-Fi Test House. Support new advanced environment build outs as required by the R&D Engineering teams. Maintain Data Center and Signal Distribution Room. Respond in a timely manner to outages and trouble tickets as they arise. Mus Have: The ideal candidate will have the following skill set: High level networking experience that can provide design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of IPV4 and IPV6 networks. Desktop support experience Experience with creating VMs, maintaining and troubleshooting issues with ProxMox VMs Solution. Hi level written and verbal communication skill set to work with stakeholders Very strong problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business needs and requirements into functional requirements. Experience with configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, CMTS, OLT, Routers/Switches (Cisco & Juniper). Management of Linux devices such as: DHCP, DNS, Reverse Proxy and tftp servers. Experience with scripting. Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience. Additional Details: We are seeking a passionate, positive attitude, team player and experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to lead the IT Infrastructure for Labs in the Norcross facility. You will act as the owner of the various solutions used in the Labs supporting the various teams for Hardware, Software Development and Software Test. It will be essential for the Senior Solutions Engineer to be a team player who is proactive.
