Temporary - Facilities Custodian

This position is a full-time, six-month contract role, tentatively concluding at the end of December 2026. Open availability is required, as work hours may vary and include weekends. Further information will be provided during the interview process.The Custodian position is responsible for performing all facility custodial duties. The ideal candidate will perform these tasks while maintaining a positive and productive relationship with ACI Jet's employees, vendors, and clients by personally performing these duties or through subordinate staff members.Reports ToThe Custodian will report directly to the Custodian Supervisor.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties include the following (other duties may be assigned as required by management)Perform daily detailed cleaning of all ACI Jet facilitiesRequisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning dutiesObserves appearances and conditions of facilities and reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring service to Facilities/GSE LeadUse company vehicle to retrieve supplies and materials necessary for completion of dutiesFollow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.Ensures all ACI Jet maintenance requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner.Ensures the safety and quality of all assigned duties and responsibilities by actively and positively participating in ACI Jet's SQMS program.Requirements High School Diploma or equivalentMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be able to work as part of a team and independently, in a high stress and fast paced environmentMust be a highly motivated and organizedMust be able to lift 50 pounds, sit, bend, and stand for extended periodsMust be able to work nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to work in all weather conditionsMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishMust be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United StatesHighly DesirableFacility Custodial Experience (1+ years)Equal Employment OpportunityACI Jet is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on any protected characteristic, including race, religion, color, national origin, disability, sex, gender, age, sexual orientation, or veteran status.
