The facility is clean, stable, and known for extremely low turnover, strong technical capability, and a collaborative culture that invests in training and process improvement.Job DescriptionSupport quality assurance activities for precision-machined aerospace and industrial components.Lead metrology and inspection planning, including CMM methods, GD&T interpretation, and measurement system development.Develop FMEAs, control plans, PPAP documentation, and process flow diagrams for new and existing products.Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements while supporting internal, customer, and third-party audits.Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5-Why, and similar structured problem-solving tools.Drive corrective and preventive actions and support capability improvements such as SPC and Cp/Cpk.Communicate with customers on quality issues, quality plans, and corrective action progress.Partner with suppliers on audits, incoming quality, and process improvement initiatives.Collaborate with engineering and production to strengthen process controls and reduce variation across machining operations.
