They are known for strong project delivery, collaborative culture, and commitment to smart growth initiatives throughout the region.Job DescriptionLead all construction activities for a ground-up affordable multifamily project, overseeing planning, budgeting, and execution.Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance oversight.Maintain project schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions where needed.Partner with design teams, local municipalities, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth coordination.Drive quality, safety, and cost-control standards across all phases of the project.Produce accurate reporting, documentation, and forecasting throughout construction.
