Be part of a legacy of excellence and growth with sg360°!Our company is seeking for MBO operators for 1st shift (6am-2pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) & 3rd shift (10pm-6am). They will be responsible for performing routine setup tasks, such as setup Roll to Sheet/folded on MBO or Hunkler line, setup/operate product counters, setup/operate glue systems; able to setup basic paper transport path including simple attaching (ex. Simple card non-critical, single plow fold; etc.)Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSet up glue (hot melt) in lines, elongated dots, and dots perf job ticketSet up multi-feed units to feed carriers and attached components; more standardized simplified formatsWork with operators, feeders, and catchers to ensure they understand how to properly load/produce/pack product on the machineAble to achieve and where possible exceed target net production rates per job specificationsAbility to make repairs to line equipment when parts are available and in handUnderstanding of equipment and processesConduct preventative maintenance and identity items to repairBe able to safely remove a jam from equipment without risk or injury or damage to the equipmentKnow how to safely power up/down the equipmentKnow how to identify glue required, and keep the glue tanks properly filledEnsures all required documentation is completed on the production line for all team members and turned in to the supervisorResponds to QC alerts and concerns with the required measures to satisfy the situation by requesting the right assistance (supervision, setup, or mechanical technician, etc.)Alerts supervisor to any condition where excessive downtime is being experiencedKeeps the area clean and safe throughout shiftKnowledge of all positions on a production line to help assist when neededOther duties as assignedRequirementsQualificationsEducation & Experience Requirements2+ years of folding experienceAbility to work in a team environmentIntermediate level of computer skillsGreat oral communication skillsPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent preferredBi-lingual in English and Spanish (both oral & written is desired)Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentMust be physically capable of working long hours, standing, and/or walking repeatedly throughout the shiftPosition requires some mechanical aptitudeMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently SG360° is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
