Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support our growing production operations by driving process improvements, optimizing equipment and tooling, and co-leading new product introductions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure our products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and at the highest level of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance manufacturing processes; assess equipment and tooling to support current and future production demands.Design, validate, and commission new production equipment and tooling; troubleshoot and refine existing processes.Lead cost-reduction initiatives through process optimization and strategic product design modifications.Prepare detailed reports, flow diagrams, and data-driven analyses to support decision-making.Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.Support risk assessments to ensure the health and safety of employees and the surrounding community.Monitor plant operations to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, output, and safety.Ensure processes run at optimal performance levels, meeting required rates, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.Gather, interpret, and analyze data from production and technical teams to guide process adjustments.Partner closely with Production personnel to support daily manufacturing needs and maintenance efforts.Coordinate and manage multiple engineering projects based on business requirements.Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to all company policies.Perform additional duties as assigned.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in a related engineering field or associate degree with 2+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.Required: Hands-on experience within manufacturing operations.Ability to perform or support preventative maintenance tasks to assist production when needed.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong proficiency in CAD software; SolidWorks and Composer preferred.Familiarity with Just-in-Time (JIT) methodologies and cell manufacturing principles.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Strong communication skills-listening, verbal, and written.Effective interpersonal skills with an emphasis on cross-functional teamwork, particularly with Production teams.Knowledge of standard costing, routing, and Bill of Material (BOM) development.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on production efficiency, product quality, and the future of our manufacturing operations.
