Our culture is built on clear communication, technical excellence, and continuous innovation.The OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Technician with expertise in Autodesk Revit and a degree in architecture. This role supports the development of BIM models, scan-to-BIM workflows, and high-quality construction documents in coordination with our remote, interdisciplinary team.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate architectural drawings and models using Revit.Execute scan-to-BIM workflows by converting point cloud data into usable design models.Assist in the preparation of design and construction documentation sets.Coordinate architectural components with structural, MEP, and survey teams.Perform code analysis and support quality control reviews for compliance with applicable standards (including IBC).Collaborate across multiple project phases, from schematic design to construction documents.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional setting.Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation standards.Knowledge of IBC and relevant design codes.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.Preferred:Experience with multifamily residential projects.Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.Experience working with point cloud data or 3D laser scan deliverables.Why Join Our Team?At Ayoroa Simmons, we invest in people and technology to deliver exceptional results in surveying, design, and BIM.
