Warranty Coordinator

Job Title: Warranty Coordinator Location: Jacksonville, FL (On-site) Pay Rate: $18/hourPosition Summary: This position plays a vital role in processing warranty claims and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Process and track warranty claims in a timely and accurate mannerPerform data entry related to warranty items, invoices, and related documentationCommunicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve claim issuesAssist with accounts payable (AP) entries and reconciliation, as neededMaintain organized and accurate records of warranty transactionsSupport other administrative tasks within the department as requiredQualifications:Required Experience in at least one of the following areas:Warranty processing or coordinationAccounts payable (AP)Data entry or general clerical/administrative workAdditional Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
