CareCore at Lakeridge - CareCore at Lakeridge, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will assist management with all aspects of hiring and recruiting, onboarding new staff, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with employee files, benefit information, and facility policies. This role also supports managers and employees with HR needs and helps maintain a positive workplace culture. This is an on-site position in Cincinnati Ohio.
