Shaffer is seeking a hands-on, collaborative Controller to lead our accounting function with a strong focus on general ledger accuracy and completeness. This is a player/coach role-ideal for a leader who not only understands the work but is energized by rolling up their sleeves, improving processes, and developing a high-performing team.The right candidate brings both technical accounting expertise and a passion for coaching others, while continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency through technology and smarter processes.
