The pay range for this positions is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour based on skills and experience. This position is non-exempt and overtime eligible.Victory Housing offers a competitive benefits package, for full time employees, which includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as retirement and paid time off.The salary range for this position is $59,000 - $68,000 annualized based on skills and experience.Victory Housing offers a competitive benefits package, forfull time employees, which includes medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceas well as retirement and paid time off.Responsible for :Ensure that the attainment of Victory Housing, Inc. takes precedenceover all decisions and actionsShare in responsibility of on-call status and weekend supervision. As an essential worker, a requirement towork during emergencies, weather events and community crisis situation isrequiredAssist the Executive Director in giving prospect tours and leadfollow-up. Everyone is responsible tosales, occupancy and outreachReview monthly Activities Calendar with Activities Coordinator andidentify/assign responsibilities for care manager assignments. Observe and confirm assignments areexecuted appropriatelyResponsible for identification, scheduling, managing and supervisingall personal care for Residentsincluding ADLs, third party care coordination and clinical coordination withHealth, Wellness, Delegating RN. Ensure that all services provided areappropriately signed off on and documented in the EMR, service trackers,progress notes and communication logEnsure that all Resident third party grooming needs are met includingbeauty and barber and podiatry. Nailsand hair are to always be well kept, clean and attractiveInspect each Resident suite by 10:00 daily. Check suite for cleanliness and confirm it is free of any offense odors such as urine. Communicate all concerns to Executive Directorand Health, Wellness, Delegating RN and housekeepersAssign and manage all Resident bath/shower, toileting, meal assistanceand queuing schedules. All assignedResident needs and schedules to be included in the Resident services plan andEMR/Care tracker. On a daily basis,review the completion of all assigned tasks and quality of service deliverySupervise all housekeepers and ensure that all daily maid, suitecleaning and scheduled common area cleaning is completed in accordance with VHIpolicies and procedures. All cleaningis to be scheduled and completion documented in the EMR and VHI cleaningchecklistsComplete the initial and ongoing training/in-services of all employeessupervised per VHI and COMAR requirements and standards. Work collaboratively with Health, Wellness, Delegating RN inensuring all care managers and medication technicians are trained and skilledin meeting all needs and services to be provided to ResidentsSupervise all assigned employees and conduct regular performance reviewsAddress initial non-medical questions and concerns from Residents. Inform the Health, Wellness, Delegating RNand Executive Director of any clinical needs requiring attention and follow-upProactively identify specific Resident needs. Direct appropriate staff to provide care. For example, alertHousekeeping of Residents of incontinence situationAttend and actively participate in twice a year or more, as needed,Care Coordination Meetings with families, Residents and community managersAssist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring and training of caremanagers, medication technicians, housekeepers and activities coordinator. Complete reference checks prior tooffering a position. All VHI hiringpolicies and procedures must be adhered toSupervise care managers in implementing proper food service policies and procedures to Residents for a high quality dietary experience as well as a thorough dining room clean-up after each mealDevelop/implement employee schedule in compliance with approved staffing plan and operating budget while maintaining appropriate care management and medication technician staffing levels 365 days a year 24/7. Adhere to all VHI scheduling policies including limited OT and no double shifts without SVP of Operations, AL authorizationCoordinate transportation services for Resident appointmentsCoordinate podiatry, dental, PT/OT/Speech/Nursing, PCP/NP services with Health, Wellness, Delegating RNOther duties as assignedResident Admission Responsibilities:Introduce new Resident to others in communitySet up "buddy system" for new ResidentIdentify seating at meals and add to seating chart - notating special dietary needs and preferences Assign Resident to bath/shower schedule, if necessaryAssist new Resident arrange personal belongingsReview Resident HandbookComplete Resident ProfileJob Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Health Care Administration, Masters' Degree in Business Administration or Health Care AdministrationpreferredMust have, as a minimum, three (3) years successful managementexperience in the operation of an assisted living or nursing CommunityStrong computer skills which include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,EHr and CRMRequirements:Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated with verified third party vaccination card or medical record
