Employees benefit from competitive pay plus a comprehensive and competitive State University System of Florida benefits package, including health coverage, retirement programs, generous leave, and professional development opportunities.Position SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Partner supports the full employee lifecycle with primary responsibility for recruitment administration, onboarding and first-day experience, workforce reporting, and continuous process improvement. This role ensures that hiring and onboarding practices are efficient, compliant, data-informed, and aligned with institutional priorities. The position serves as a central operational resource for HR leadership, hiring managers, and new employees. Examples of DutiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment SupportCoordinate and administer job postings across institutional and external platforms.Partner with hiring managers to ensure position announcements are accurate, complete, and compliant.Conduct sourcing to build robust candidate pipelines.Monitor recruitment workflows, ensuring timely movement of candidates through the hiring process.Maintain recruitment records and documentation in applicable HR systems.Onboarding & First-Day ExperienceManage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring completion of required documentation and compliance items.Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks and employment eligibility verification.Design and execute a structured and welcoming first-day experience for employees.Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires during the transition into employment.Partner with departments to ensure smooth integration of employees into roles and systems.Reporting, Metrics & Workforce DataProduce and maintain regular reports related to recruitment, hiring activity, and onboarding outcomes.Track key talent metrics such as time-to-fill, applicant flow, vacancy status, and hiring trends.Support data integrity within HR systems to ensure accurate workforce analytics.Assist HR leadership in developing dashboards, summaries, and decision-support materials.Identify patterns, bottlenecks, or opportunities revealed through workforce data.Process Improvement & Operational ExcellenceEvaluate HR workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or risks.Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes.Contribute to documentation, standard operating procedures, and process guides.Support initiatives aimed at improving service delivery, consistency, and user experience.Promote a culture of continuous improvement within HR operations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.Experience in recruitment, HR operations, or administrative process coordination.
