If you're passionate about helping people build strength and mobility in an environment that's both empowering and inclusive, we'd love to meet you.THE Y7 EXPERIENCE Y7 Studio is hiring Sculpt instructors for our Austin, Texas studio. SCULPT is a 50 minute, low-impact, low-intensity class meant to increase student mobility and build strength. All studios are heated to 80-90 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. This is a music-driven practice where you will flow to tracks from varied genres. Classes are held in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice.Requirements1+ years of leading in-person, group fitness classesExperience in Sculpt, Barre and/or Mat PilatesAvailability to teach morning, evening, and weekend shiftsMust be able to commit to at least 2 shifts per weekComfortable teaching in heated rooms (85-95°) for extended periodsPassionate about music and integrating it into the class experienceOpen to feedback, coaching, and ongoing developmentAbility to pass a background checkOther duties as assignedPERKS & BENEFITSAccess to free Y7 classes across all studiosEligibility for 401(k) planOpportunities for mentorship, community events, and ongoing trainingA welcoming, high-vibe team that supports personal and professional growthPHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this role.
