They are joining a platform with real market strength and the ambition to build a premier practice.Position OverviewAs a Manager in Hilco Global Investigations & Dispute Resolution practice, you will lead day-to-day execution of complex client engagements involving investigations, forensic accounting analyses, and commercial disputes. You will oversee workstreams, manage junior team members, review analyses, and help ensure that client work is delivered with rigor, defensibility, and responsiveness.Managers are expected to combine strong technical capability with project management, communication, and team leadership. This role is particularly attractive for professionals seeking broader responsibility and a more entrepreneurial platform than many traditional firms provide.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day execution of investigations, forensic accounting assignments, and dispute-related mattersManage workstreams involving fact development, accounting analysis, financial analysis, document review, and issue assessmentReview and synthesize findings from documents, data, public records, and other sourcesPrepare and review client-facing reports, memoranda, presentations, schedules, and analysesSupervise, coach, and develop Analyst and associates through active review and feedbackCoordinate with senior professionals on engagement planning, budgets, deadlines, and client communicationsParticipate in client meetings and present findings and work product clearly and effectivelySupport proposals, pitch materials, recruiting, training, and other internal practice-building initiativesContribute to a collaborative, high-performance, entrepreneurial team environmentDesired QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related discipline required; candidates with master's degrees (e.g., MAcc, MBA, MSF, or similar) are strongly encouraged and will be prioritizedApproximately 4-7 years of relevant experience in investigations, forensic accounting, disputes, audit, compliance, valuation, restructuring advisory, or related professional servicesStrong experience managing engagement workstreams and reviewing the work of junior professionalsExperience in one or more relevant areas such as fraud investigations, misconduct reviews, post-acquisition disputes, forensic accounting, damages analyses, asset tracing, or litigation supportStrong report-writing, presentation, and client communication skillsAbility to manage multiple engagements and deadlines while maintaining high standards of qualityCPA strongly preferred; CFE, CAMS, CFA, CFF, ABV, or other relevant credentials are a plusAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with analytics and review tools is beneficialWillingness to travel as neededCandidates are expected to onsite at Hilco Global offices and work primarily in person with their teams. Travel may be required depending on client needs and engagement demands.Work ArrangementHilco Global believes that complex advisory work benefits from collaboration, mentorship, and real-time problem solving. As such, professionals in the Global Investigations & Dispute Resolution practice are expected to work primarily from the office, collaborating closely with their teams and colleagues across Hilco's broader platform.While flexibility may be available when business needs permit, the practice operates as an office-based team environment to support high-quality client service, professional development, and team cohesion.Annual base salary gross: $135,000-175,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of Hilco's salary for this position based on geography. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of Hilco's total compensation package for employees.
