This field-based role focuses on building customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring company brands are consistently represented at the highest standard.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who enjoys being in the field, owning their territory, and making a direct impact on business growth.Key Responsibilities:Visit assigned customer accounts daily to deliver products, build displays, and merchandise shelves to company standards.Sell and promote company brands to increase sales volume and market penetration.Develop sales plans for each account, ensuring volume and distribution goals are achieved.Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and key account personnel.Ensure product freshness by rotating stock, removing out-of-date product, and maintaining proper shelf facings.Secure additional display space and secondary placements during promotional periods.Monitor competitive activity and report market insightsSupport promotional events, grand openings, and special dealer requestsRespond promptly to customer inquiries and voicemailsComplete all required paperwork accurately and on timeMaintain company equipment and property in clean, working conditionFollow all company policies, safety standards, and recall proceduresQualifications:Required:High school diploma or GEDMust have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle and insuranceMinimum of two years of successful sales and/or customer service experiencePreferred:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldPrior sales experience in a related industryAdditional Details:Field-based role with daily travel to customer accountsIndoor and outdoor working environmentsOffice tasks completed primarily at customer locationsUse of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Physical Requirements:Regular standing, walking, reaching, and bendingOccasional lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbsFrequent driving and data entryPerks:Competitive daily payGreat benefits packageOpportunity to work with iconic beverage brandsSupportive, team-oriented cultureGrowth opportunities within a well-established organizationThe statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required by personnel so classified.
