This includes washing and drying dishes, glassware, flatware and pots and pans by machine or hand Load & Unload: must be able to load and unload the dish washing machine frequently throughout the dayCleanliness: maintain clean work areas and equipment; sweep and scrub floorsStock: place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas; prepare and package individual place settingsTrash: sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Clean garbage cans with water or steamKitchen Support: clean and prepare various foods for cooking and serving; stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators and salad barsOther duties as assignedKnowledge and Skills Previous experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen (preferred)Excellent customer service skillsSense of urgency and ability to move throughout the dish pit and kitchen in a safe mannerAbility to follow all company policies in areas of attendance, safety and sanitationRequirements A minimum of a high school diploma or GED1 year of dish machine operating experiencePhysical Demands Must be able to lift up to 40 lbsExposure to soap, cleaning solutions and steamAbout: Flagship Culinary Services is dedicated to helping companies provide high quality dining experiences for their employees and visitors.
