Position Overview International is currently seeking a Controls Engineer Lead Senior to join our team! International has an exciting opportunity for a Controls Engineer Lead Senior to join our team in Huntsville AL. As a primary resource for best practices, you will tackle complex, high-impact projects by departing from traditional precedents to deliver innovative solutions. Beyond individual contributions, you will serve as a mentor and project lead, exercising advanced judgment to align functional goals with broader company objectives. Your role is defined by your ability to resolve specialized challenges, influence external networks, and lead funtional teams or projects. Schedule: Monday Through Thursday Responsibilities * Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products. * Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. * Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. * Studies equipment performance and reliability. * Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. * Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations. * Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of product manufacturing experience * At least 1 years of lead experience OR * Master's degree and at least 3 years of product manufacturing experience * At least 1 years of lead experience OR * At least 8 years of product manufacturing experience * At least 1 years of lead experience Additional Requirements * Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
