You ensure this by modeling excellence and supporting your crew.You will:Lead & Delegate: Guide cleaning teams on-site, assigning tasks to ensure efficiency while physically assisting with the cleaning to set the pace.Manage Client Connections: Serve as the main point of contact, leading initial and final walkthroughs to ensure the client is thrilled with the "Vibe."Uphold Quality Standards: Track team progress, ensure every checklist item is perfected, and handle post-service communication: like "tipping texts" and client notes.Coordinate Logistics: Communicate arrival times, updates, and any on-site issues to both the client and management.Requirements:3+ years of residential cleaning experience + 1 year as a Trainer or Lead.Strong communicator who is comfortable holding others accountable and modeling values.Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.Able to lift 25-35 lbs.Able to work Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (32-35 hrs/week).Ability to pass a criminal background check.RequirementsStrong communicator and natural leaderDetail-oriented, organized, and reliableComfortable interacting with clients and holding accountabilityAble to contribute to cleaning tasks as part of the team3+ years of residential cleaning experienceAt least 1 year experience as a trainer, quality control (QC), or leadFamiliarity with eco-friendly cleaning supplies + safe practicesAble to lift 25-35 lbsValid driver's license, reliable transportation + insuranceAble to work 32-35 hrs/week, Mon-Fri 9am-5pmCriminal background checkCompany InformationTidy Vibe Clean is Tacoma's trusted eco-friendly residential cleaning company since 2015 offering residential cleaning services, move out cleans and VRBO/Airbnb cleanings in the Tacoma, University Place and Lakewood, WA areas.
