? Build the Hiring Engine Behind One of the Top 5 Amazon Sellers in the US? Role: Talent Acquisition Manager? Location: San Diego, CA 92101 (Onsite at Symphony Towers)? To do that right, we need someone who can own the entire talent acquisition function and build a hiring machine that keeps pace with aggressive growth.We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who operates like a builder, not a backfiller - someone who translates growth goals into proactive hiring plans, creates scalable recruiting systems, and gives leadership clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities. What You'll OwnWorkforce planning and hiring strategy - partnering with leadership quarterly to forecast headcount needs and build proactive hiring roadmaps aligned to revenue and operational targetsFull-cycle recruiting execution across inbound, outbound, referrals, and external partners - from sourcing through offer acceptanceOffers, compensation, and hiring governance - composing offer letters, negotiating within approved bands, and maintaining compensation discipline and complianceThe Talent Acquisition team - managing your Coordinator and Operations Assistant, plus coordinating hiring managers and external recruitersThe ATS end-to-end - workflow design, data accuracy, pipeline visibility, reporting integrity, and hiring process standardizationOnboarding and offboarding oversight - ensuring new hires are set up for success on Day 1 and exit processes are clean and compliantHiring analytics and executive reporting - delivering monthly dashboards covering time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, attrition trends, and new hire retentionVendor and partner management - serving as primary liaison with HR partners, managing background checks, and ensuring external recruiter performance and ROI• What You Bring5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR function - with proven success in full-cycle recruiting and process improvementBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferredHands-on experience managing requisitions in common ATS platforms and building scalable hiring workflowsAdvanced proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn, social media, and outbound strategiesExperience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) preferredDeep understanding of federal and state hiring and employment laws (EEO, ADA, FLSA, OSHA)The ability to conduct high-level conversations with hiring managers, business leaders, and executives about talent strategyPrior supervisory experience managing TA support staffA systems thinker - you build repeatable processes, track what matters, and continuously improve?
