Job Title: Residential Roofing Outside Sales Representative Start Date: ImmediatelySalary Range: $80,000-$180,000 (Salary + Commissions)Position Overview: The Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving growth for JR&CO by generating exciting new business opportunities and nurturing ongoing revenue streams. Join our team today and help us build something great!Essential Functions:Build relationships with decision-makers through prospecting, outreach, and networkingDrive lead generation and maintain an active pipeline of growth opportunitiesIdentify, pursue, and close new business to meet or exceed sales objectivesDevelop and present customized sales proposals to targeted audiencesPartner with Estimators to scope projects and negotiate contract termsTrack, update, and report proposal activity and outcomes in the CRMCollaborate with Marketing to support market entry strategies and sales toolsRepresent JR & Co. professionally at networking and industry eventsRequired Skills & AbilitiesStrong relationship-building and communication skills (written and verbal)Self-driven, growth-oriented, and accountable for generating new businessStrategic, business-savvy mindset with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple prioritiesHighly organized with excellent time management and follow-throughTech-savvy; comfortable using CRM systems and productivity toolsProfessional, positive, and respectful when representing the companyAligns with JR & Co. values: Family Culture, Extreme Ownership, humility, and continuous improvementEducation and Experience: 1-3 years B2C or B2B sales experience preferred, but not requiredConstruction/contracting background preferred, but not requiredCanvassing sales experience preferred Prior storm restoration industry experience preferredKnowledge of roofing systems, applications and benefits preferredCold calling and acquisition experience preferredTraining, Support, and DevelopmentPaid 4 Weeks of training including roofing industry, construction education, and sales training.Marketing materials and CRM accessFully equipped office and support staff at JR & Co., Inc. National Headquarters office, centrally located in Kansas City, MO.Ongoing, paid, professional development including new products, and sales training.
