Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Stay informed about updates and changes in generator models and equipment. Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Proficient in generator repair and maintenance with a strong understanding of industry standards. Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability. Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and twisting. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to work flexible hours, including travel and overnight stays. Compliance with drug and alcohol testing requirements. Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Competency in using computers, particularly in Windows-based applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook). Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to use basic shop equipment. DOT Medical Card required.
