Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center – Royersford, PA We’re looking for a dedicated Floor Tech to join our team of caring professionals. Position Details: Rate: $18.00/hour Shifts Available: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM  Schedule: Full-Time | Alternating Weekends & Holidays Required Why Work With Us? Competitive Pay Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for growth and cross-training Full-time benefits available: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Pay on Demand What You'll Do: Scrub, strip, and refinish floors to meet cleanliness and safety standards Remove soil, splashes, and scuff marks from baseboards, walls, and doors Perform carpet extraction and bonneting Respond to emergency spills as needed Maintain and report any issues with floor care equipment Assist with cleaning and organizing housekeeping storage areas Participate in fire drills or emergencies by helping direct traffic or transport residents Cross-train in laundry and housekeeping tasks Assist with resident room preparation (discharges/admissions) and trash collection What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED Basic English literacy and communication skills Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods Friendly, professional attitude with good teamwork skills Prior floor tech or housekeeping experience in healthcare or institutional settings preferred Apply Now Join a facility where your work is respected and makes a real difference every day.
