Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Inspect and qualify engine parts using visual and dimensional criteria * Operate measuring instruments and test equipment to verify tolerances and part placement * Identify parts by model type and part number * Assemble subassemblies and component parts into engines using manual, semi-automated, and fully automated methods * Operate air tools, hand tools, torque wrenches, and automated equipment * Record production and quality data manually and electronically * Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality * Perform basic operator-prescribed maintenance on assigned equipment * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Adhere to company policies and procedures, including QS 9000 and ISO 14001 standards Physical Requirements * Regularly required to stand for extended periods * Frequent use of hands for handling tools and repetitive grasping * Frequent reaching with hands and arms * Occasional walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching * Regular lifting up to 35 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs * Close vision and color vision required * Must be able to read and understand English Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
