Establish academic goals and milestones with students. Document and communicate progress reports. Provide a supportive and motivating environment for students to thrive academically. Keep the work/ classroom environment organized and clean.RequirementsInstructor Qualifications: Completed Bachelor's Degree Teaching Credentials is a plus Minimum of two years of teaching/tutoring experience Experience working with neurodiverse students A fun, upbeat personality and strong interpersonal skills Passion for teaching and learning Impeccable time management & organization skills Ability to communicate effectively and compellingly Reliable transportation and willingness to travel Easy access to and proficiency with the Internet, email, and electronic communications Excellent references Must pass a background check The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
