Facilities Cleaning Specialist - Part Time

Special Events are meaningful experiences for clients and guests and the Facilities Cleaning Specialist creates the foundation of those events. Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Cleaning Specialist will maintain a pristine and beautiful space for each and every event incorporating Jorgensen Farms' standards of quality.Responsibilities:Cleaning of all overnight rental properties, all indoor and outdoor venue areas, and Grey House officeManage laundry, dishes, spot steam cleaning, and restocking of supplies in rental housesAssist Operations Team Members to ensure all spaces are clean and maintained based on final look on the venues for details as related to client experience, this includes patios, porches, baseboards, high dusting, vacuuming, shampooing, scuffs and stains walls, windows, and restockingOversee the cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms and all client-facing areas of venuesCollect and remove trash and recycling throughout the propertyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the back of house spacesWhen necessary, perform weekly cleaning of septic and grease filters to ensure proper system function.Pour diluted bleach down drains weekly to maintain cleanliness and prevent buildupClear gutters regularly to prevent blockages and water damageRemove debris from HVAC condensers to optimize performance and efficiencyWhen necessary, set up Jorgensen-owned equipment and linens for indoor and outdoor areas used for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and special eventsWhatever it takes to create a comfortable, welcoming, and supportive environment for all staff and guestsRequirementsGuest-centric and team-focused mentalityAbility to lift equipment weighing up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basisAbility to work on your feet for at least 8 hours1+ years experience in a janitorial or cleaning position is strongly preferredAvailability to work weekends and holidays and comfortable working in any kind of weatherStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsInspire a "Bring the Cows Home" Spirit Salary Description $18-20 / hour
