We're hiring a Floor Cleaning Technician Lead in Omaha to oversee evening cleaning operations and ensure every building meets the highest quality standards.Position: Floor Cleaning Technician LeadLocation: Omaha, NE Pay: $20.00/hourSchedule: Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 5:30 PM start time (Weekend project work as assigned)Reports To: Night Operations ManagerPosition SummaryThe Floor Cleaning Technician Lead coordinates and leads evening hard floor and carpet cleaning operations across assigned buildings. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work alongside your team to ensure all cleaning is performed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards. You'll also be responsible for accurate reporting through SIMON and Inside systems.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesStart of ShiftClock in and attend 4:30 PM huddleAssign work orders for the weekCheck machines and chemicals prior to use (buffers, scrubbers, extractors)Ensure proper chemical dilution ratiosEnforce safety procedures and proper PPE useDuring ShiftLead floor and carpet techniciansTrack crew hours and attendance via SIMONInspect completed floors and carpets for qualitySubmit job summaries with before/after photos in SIMONReport issues and maintenance needs through SIMON and InsideClean and properly store equipment after useEnd of ShiftConfirm all assigned areas are completed and securedVerify reports and documentation are submittedClock outAs NeededTrain new technicians on proper maintenance proceduresMonitor and reorder chemical suppliesQualificationsValid driver's license and vehicle insuranceBilingual is a plus1-2 years of hard floor and carpet care experienceAbility to effectively lead small teamsKnowledge of cleaning chemicals, SDS, and PPEFamiliarity with SIMON or similar reporting systems preferredReliable transportation and consistent attendanceStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPerformance ExpectationsComplete nightly assignments on scheduleMaintain equipment readinessAchieve high inspection and client satisfaction scoresSubmit accurate daily reportsMaintain zero safety or compliance violationsIf you're ready to take ownership of your shift, lead a team, and deliver top-tier results every night, we want to hear from you.Apply now and step into a leadership role where your work truly shines.#gethiredomaha
