Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist Role: Process invoices, perform purchase order (PO) matching, and manage check requests Reconcile vendor aging and support general AP month-end tasks Assist with rental billings and support 1099 processing Maintain accurate records and ensure timely workflow coordination This role balances core AP responsibilities with opportunities to develop breadth and depth across accounting functions.
