Job Description: Form and lead project/Kaizen teamsAdvise appropriate disciplines on issues that affect productivity, quality, cost, and safetyEngineering, Quality Control disciplines and Component Manufacturing for the Automotive IndustryTests, trains, and troubleshoots system for customer, providing initial level of support for assigned productGenerate interest of site and paying customers in additional products and services offered by MS CompaniesResponsible for timely entry of time and expenses in project accounting systemResponsible for timely creation of Project Activity reports to paying customer Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources and monitor the performance of project tasksUnderstand lean principlesExcellent communicator to the site and paying customersJob Requirements: Mobility and enthusiasm for taking on longer assignmentsManufacturing experience as a supervisor or higher level of ManagementHands on experience in operations management, plant management, process engineering, quality systems or continuous improvementA clear understanding of the issues related to production, quality system improvement, reliability-centered maintenance, and the application of Kaizen Proven experience and front-line management exposure specifically in relation to operational performance improvementOpen to regional travel Able to take direction from the paying customerAct as a Liaison between the paying customer and the site customer to remedy issuesINDQSS
