This position will exponentially grow attendance and improve the experience of the Sunday night Greenhouse College service at the University of Florida, increase discipleship & evangelism trainings, and empower multiplication & evangelism in students' discipleship journeyPosition Goals:Grow Sunday night attendance by 100 people during 2025-26 year50% increase in college baptisms in 2025-2026 school yearLead UA EV team and grow to 30 volunteersLaunch and lead Sunday night 411 training. Train 500 college students during school yearGreenhouse College Leadership and ShepherdingMeet with Microchurch leaders every weekCo-lead Leaders MicrochurchCo-lead coach groups in Discipleship TrainingOversee University of Florida & Santa Fe outreachDevelop and oversee the effective structure of radical outreach at college campusesEnsure tabling is done on campus multiple times a month on both UF and Santa FeConduct robust evangelism trainings for students during semesterTrain and shadow students in evangelismEmpower Microchurches to be potent in evangelismWork with college staffto creatively blow up invitational strategies on Sundays Nights and Sunday morningsIncrease microchurch pipeline at University AuditoriumLead the planning, promotion, and execution of wide-reaching Welcome Week events on UF and Santa Fe and designated Invite Sundays with intent to introduce and acclimate tons of new students to Greenhouse • Collaborate with staffto develop a variety of engaging activities to reach the entire campus via events, postering, etc.Ignite college serve team, interns and microchurch leaders by providing opportunities for them to contribute their talents, skills, and ideasDesign dynamic, student-centered events that appeal to diverse interests and promote connectionUniversity AuditoriumProvide staff leadership for the volunteer ministries on the University Campus. This includesSound & Tech Ministry; Hospitality Ministry (Ushers, Greeters, Welcome Desk, Signs, & Parking); Van/Transportation Ministry; Altar Ministry; Set Up & Tear Down Teams; Activate; Prayer Ministry, Worship MinistryLead evangelism team, trainings at UAManages logistics for services, including Planning Center, baptism setup, and ensuring the UA environment is readyEngineer ways to make the Sunday night atmosphere to be more compelling, attractive, etc.College InternshipAssist the promotion and execution of College Internship during Summer BLead teachings, discipleship groups during internshipCultivate high evangelism culture in internship while generating powerful momentum for the Fall semesterMaximize interns' time on campus during college internship and Summer B servicesDevelop and implement strategies to attract new students during summer BGreenhouse College as a Missionary PipelinePromote culture of every student participate in at least one mission trip in their collegiate careerFacilitate college missions tripsCreate opportunities for Give a Year Pray About a Lifetime campaign - mobilize students to serve on the global mission field while praying about serving for lifeLead University Campus in radical generosity for missions and the Global Church.Post-College Sending (Greenhouse Movement)Work alongside Movement Pastors across all campuses and provide vision, direction and resourcing to help students become planted and thriving in their local campus.Regularly communicate with Movement staffon behalf of the GH College team for all efforts, activities and status within GH College.Connect students to other campuses during holidays breaks, summer breaks as well as help transition graduates to other GH campusesQualifications & Skill RequirementsOne year management and supervisory experience with paid or volunteer staffCommitment to developing working knowledge and application of the Greenhouse Church mission and ministry strategy and evidenced ability to implement within ministry emphasisGeneral joy attitudeQuick thinker, able to make decisionsAbility to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgment with noted ability to make sound decisionsAbility to present a Jesus-like image when presented before or interaction with diverse groups of individualsAbility to exercise flexibility within working responsibilities or environmentExcellent oral and written skills to effectively communicate in the English languageProficient PC skills, with the ability to learn new software and/or applicationsExpert with social mediaAbility to perform in a multi-task environment, with the ability to prioritize work requirementsExcellent interpersonal skills to ensure issues are handled in a professional mannerRequired Character Attributes & Team ValuesMust Be Willing to Uphold and Champion the Following Team Values:We are passionate disciples who reorient their lives around Jesus' call to serve, win souls, and make disciples.
