Known for consistent project volume, long-term stability, and a collaborative construction culture, they offer strong support and advancement opportunities for field staff.Job DescriptionIn this Building and Contstruction Junior Superintendent - Buffalo you will:Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite coordination and field oversight.Help manage subcontractors, track progress, and support daily scheduling activities.Conduct site walkthroughs, document work in place, and assist with quality checks.Monitor safety compliance and help maintain a clean and organized jobsite.Support material deliveries, site logistics, and equipment coordination.Participate in punch list completion, inspections, and project closeout tasks.Work closely with the project leadership team to learn best practices in construction management.
