Production AssociateOur client is established as a leading design, print, and fabrication house that specializes in large-format printing and dimensional displays.SUMMARYSeeking a Production teammate to perform a variety of daily tasks to get orders to our customers, including assisting in print production, packing, and processing orders.PAY: up to $24/hr for those with precise skills and experience. BENEFITS AFTER HIRE with the companyMedical/Dental/Vision, FSA/HRA, 401k w/ Contribution, PTOCell Phone Reimbursement, Dog-Friendly Office, Public Transportation Compensation ProgramSCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7am - 4:30 pm**Must have flexibility to work overtime when needed.DUTIES:Maintain speed and accuracy in tasks to complete deadlines and company goalsAssist production team with Print Press operation, or building displays as needed. Assist the team with logistical prep, including packaging solutions for various items, efficient mailing within customer pricing, and creative problem-solving.Using logistical systems for tracking inventory and production tasks.Folding boxes, packaging and labeling items to be used for shippingPrepare containers to be shipped per customer requirementsKeep daily logs, and complete an inventory of materials needed for projectsQUALIFICATIONSMinimum 2 years of related experience in general warehouse duties and/or industrial print operation. Preference to those with recent work history with Large Format Print operation experience.Able to multitask and be flexible in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.Experience shipping with major carriers (FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS) with a preference for international shipping experience.Teamwork oriented and proven record of reliability with a positive, "how can I help" attitude.APPLY ONLINE or CALL US TODAY!
