This position will be located in our Pittsburgh, PA Office.Duties and Responsibilities:Will handle defense of agency charges of discrimination, lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims, including wage and hour class/collective actions, and advice and counseling involving similar issuesAdvise and train employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination lawsRepresent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, contract, employment tort, wage and hour, and non-compete casesSkills and Educational Requirements:Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school3+ years of experience in Class Action litigation defense workAdmitted to PA Bar and in good standingExperience acting as Lead CounselUnderstanding of current agency (state and federal) enforcement techniquesExcellent attention to detailStrong organizational and project management skillsWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
