Join WITRON as an Industrial Maintenance Technician Are you a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician ready to take on the challenge of maintaining a state-of-the-art automated material handling system in a fast-paced distribution center? We are looking for a dedicated professional who prioritizes safety, thrives on maximizing system performance, and excels in both electrical and mechanical tasks. Pay ranges between $ 30-35 per hour WITRON offers premium shift differential pay for qualifying evening, night, or weekend shifts on top of the base pay and performance-based bonus opportunities that reward your hard work and dedication. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will: * Approach all tasks and situations with a safety-first mindset, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team. * Enhance system performance and minimize downtime through effective maintenance activities. * Engage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision. * Assist the production team with basic fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting. * Aid in the installation of new components or the refurbishment of existing system components. * Drive continuous improvement activities through comprehensive system knowledge and site-specific enhancements. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in industrial technology or related field, preferred. * Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a relevant electrical and/or mechanical role required, five (5) years plus preferred. * Strong skills in electrical (3-Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems. * Familiarity with electrics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears). * Knowledge of control technology (PLC/controls/inverters). * Understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques. * Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary system monitoring programs. * Experience maintaining material handling systems in a light industry or distribution center environment is strongly preferred. Physical Requirements: * Continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing. * Working at heights of up to 80-100 feet while wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE. * Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
