Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for AssociateProcurement Agent to support program based out of Ridley Park, PA.Position Responsibilities:Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1-2 years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word1-2 years' experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts1-2 years' experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditionsFluent in both verbal and written EnglishThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location optionsThis position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not requiredExperience functioning in a cross-functional environmentExperience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processesExperience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performanceExperience in a role utilizing business acumen and understandingExperience in US-Government, FAR-compliant proposalsExperience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontractsConflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
