Job Summary The Business Transformation Partner plays a critical role in enabling the successful integration, stabilization, and long-term capability maturity of the North America Actuation organization. Reporting to the Director of Business Transformation & Strategy, this position partners closely with the General Manager, site leadership, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure workforce alignment, organizational readiness, leadership support, and sustainable adoption of transformation initiatives. This role serves as a visible driver of culture, accountability, and disciplined execution across multi-site environments. Essential Job Functions • Serve as the primary transformation coordinator for North America Actuation sites (US & Mexico), ensuring stakeholder alignment and execution clarity. • Identify and proactively manage impacts of transformation initiatives, translating strategic changes into structured, executable plans. • Support organizational design efforts including role clarity, reporting alignment, workforce planning, and capability gap identification. • Partner with site leadership to reinforce accountability, cultural expectations, and Safran values during periods of change. • Support facility transitions and site readiness activities, ensuring workforce readiness, space planning alignment, and operational continuity. • Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and change management discussions during integration and transformation phases. • Monitor and track transformation-related KPIs, engagement indicators, and organizational risks. • Identify resistance or execution gaps and escalate structured mitigation plans as required. • Participate in leadership hiring panels as needed to ensure organizational fit and capability alignment. • Support internal communications, leadership forums, and other related events to reinforce transparency and sense of belonging. • Coach leaders through change impacts and expectations. • Other duties, as assigned. Job Requirements Education/Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in organizational change, transformation support, or operational coordination roles. • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. • Experience supporting multi-site or matrixed environments preferred. • Aerospace or manufacturing industry exposure preferred but not required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strong organizational and execution discipline with ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives. • Solid understanding of organizational dynamics in complex, cross-functional environments. • Working knowledge of change management, integration, and transformation methodologies. • Strong stakeholder facilitation and alignment capability across leadership levels. • Ability to influence without direct authority. • Structured problem-solving and analytical capability. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to operate effectively in evolving, high-visibility environments.
