Previous retail, merchandising, or reset experience preferred (not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours What You'll Do: Complete overnight store resets, remodels, and remerchandising projects Set shelves, fixtures, peg hooks, and displays according to planograms Remove, relocate, and restock merchandise accurately and efficiently Install or update shelf labels, pricing tags, and signage Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Work collaboratively with the reset team and meet nightly deadlines Communicate progress, issues, or discrepancies to on-site leadership More Than Just a Paycheck.Real support.
