Our next team member will have excellent communication, design, graphic, and visualization skills. This individual will manage, organize, and coordinate with the design and technical project teams throughout the design process to successfully execute landscape architectural projects.About Our StudioLandscape ArchitectureDesigning with intention. Guided by sustainability and informed by context, our landscapes express enduring stewardship of site and season.About the Position Assist in generating design solutions and design development.Create site analysis diagrams and graphics.Prepare site plan and 3D renderings and assist in developing design presentations.Produce construction documents.Assist with construction administration/observation.Collaborate with project consultants and clients to facilitate the design process.Provide Landscape Architectural services for HCM's various market sectors, including parks, housing/mixed-use neighborhoods, healthcare environments, senior living communities, and educational campuses.About You Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture. 3-5 years of experience in Landscape Architectural design Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D presentation software and hand graphicsRhino, LandFX, Enscape3d, Revit software experience desired.Experience with park and educational campus design is a plusAbout Our CultureWe believe there's power in purpose. HCM's salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, as well as the individual's education, experience, and skill sets.
