Taking out trash and recycling. Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning. Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a managers attention. Making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies. Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.). Working the service elevator. Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal)Qualifications:If you: Take pride in cleaning and providing a safe environment. Have an eye for detail. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Provide excellent customer service. Respond well to change. Can lift objects up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance.Then you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a porter in a luxury hotel or residential environment is a plus. This is a full-time, overnight relief position. Anticipated schedule is as follows:Thursday - Monday: 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.Tuesday & Wednesday: OffPay & Benefits:Pay ranges from $22.34 - $29.79 per hour depending on experience.
