Job Description:The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of financial analysis activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, dashboards and reporting. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills with the ability to present insights and financial information in a clear, concise to senior level management. The Senior Financial Analyst role offers an interesting variety of projects and ample opportunity for professional growth and development. Essential Roles & Responsibilities: Build reporting and dashboards using visualization tools and various data sources to help drive business decisionsAssist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecastsWork with department team leaders to analyze and explain departmental financial results, prepare financial analysis to support departmental objectives, and communicate key trends and issuesPrepare & present financials to Senior leadershipDevelopment of financial models to forecast the future implication of business decisionsWork with management to help define and measure business drivers and key metrics, identify process and/or system improvement opportunities and develop recommendations to enhance company reporting and data qualityConduct various ad hoc analyses and special projects to support management decision makingQualifications & Skills:Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to handle large volumes of data, understand process flow, gather information, analyze, problem solve, link financial results to operational performance drivers and find efficient and accurate ways to complete tasksDemonstrated decision making and critical thinkingMust possess strong attention to detail with ability to execute against deadlinesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple and competing prioritiesTakes initiative and is proactive in addressing issuesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to establish and maintain relationships with levels of managementAbility to work independently in a pro-active manner, or within a team environmentThrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentMinimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business AdministrationExperience: 3-7 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance related roleSystems: Advanced MS Excel user, proficient in Microsoft applications, experience with Oracle, Tableau or similar operating systems, experience with BOARD and/or Salesforce desired but not requiredAdditional Requirements: Managerial Requirements: N/APhysical Requirements: Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally / sparingly (office supplies, packages, samples), may need to bend, reach, walk, or stoop occasionally, prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerTravel Requirements: May be required to travel to other Cambria locationsCambria's starting salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
