If you enjoy building connections, coordinating move-ins, and driving community outreach and occupancy growth, this could be a great fit.Why Join Through NurseAmerica? -Competitive salary -Health, Dental & Vision insurance -Paid Time Off -Overtime opportunities -Complimentary meals & uniforms -Career growth and paid training -Employee Assistance Program -Referral bonus program -Supportive, team-oriented cultureKey Responsibilities Resident & Family Relations Meet with prospective residents and families, conduct tours, answer questions, and support admissions Ensure a warm and smooth transition for new residents Assist families with move-in planning and scheduling Lead Management & Sales Support Maintain accurate lead tracking, occupancy reports, and suite inventory Follow up promptly on internet and referral leads Prepare reports for weekly sales and marketing meetings Marketing & Outreach Help develop quarterly outreach and event plans Build and maintain referral source relationships Represent the community at local events, health fairs, and networking functions Support social media and online presence Operations Support Ensure model units are tour-ready Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed Keep marketing materials compliant and up to date Qualifications Experience in community relations, sales, senior living, or similar role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with good time management Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Comfortable using CRM/property management systems High school diploma required; college degree preferred Ability to work some evenings and weekends Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Lift/carry up to 25+ lbs Reach above and below shoulder height Remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Ideal Candidate You are: -Warm and people-focused -Detail-oriented -A strong communicator -Comfortable in a relationship-building role -Passionate about supporting seniors and families Interested?
