This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their accounting expertise within a manufacturing setting.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:Processing approved supplier invoices quickly and accurately to maintain strong vendor relationships.Completing monthly supplier statement reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Troubleshooting and resolving invoice issues, working closely with internal teams and vendors.Maintaining organized supplier payment files to support audit readiness.Preparing monthly accruals for outstanding payables.Participating in special projects and other accounting-related tasks as needed, offering opportunities to learn and expand your skill set.Required QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should bring:Experience in Accounts Payable within a manufacturing environment handling high invoice volumes.Understanding inventory processes in a manufacturing plant.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience working with ERP systems (BPCS or SAP preferred).Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Preferred QualificationsWhile not required, the following are a plus:An associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Previous accounting experience.Hands-on BPCS ERP experience.Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a professional office environment and uses standard office equipment daily.
