We do not just offer you a job, we invite you on a journey.Compensation $21.00 to $22.00 per hour Our progressive and busy parts department offers a unique opportunity for the right individual.We are multi-franchise automotive dealer group made up of both domestic and import car lines with multiple locations searching for team members with the following skills and attributes.About you: Ideal applicant takes pride in their work and understands the quality of service our customers expect.* Provide Outstanding Customer Service* Great Communication Skills* Desire To Succeed* Proven Sales Leader* Background In Automotive Parts Sales* Dependable About us: Well-established parts department that is respected for exceptional customer service. * Aggressive Pay Plans * Large Customer Base* Managers That Care* Ongoing Training* 5 Day Work Schedule* Well Stocked Parts Department* Paid HolidaysResponsibilities* Provide high level service to both internal and external customers.* Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.* Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person.* Utilize electronic parts catalog and websites to source parts, accessories and information.* Provide accurate pricing and availability for retail, wholesale and internal customers.* Generate parts invoices and collect payment.* Place order for parts, accessories, tires and supplies from manufacture and various suppliers.* Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.* Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary.Qualifications* Minimum of one year dealership parts counter experience required. * VW experience a plus. * Applicants must be 18 years or older, pass a background check and drug free.* High School Diploma or equivalent.* Strong interpersonal and time management skills.* General automotive knowledge and component terminology.* Experience working with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Outlook.* Ability to lift and carry object up to 50lbs independently on flat surface, up stairs and ladders.* Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts and percentages.Benefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance Voluntary Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Hospital Indemnity Insurance 6 Paid Holidays subject to completion of 90-day introductory period 401k plan with match, subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirementsPaid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
