Process Technician

Our client is looking for a Process Technician with experience in electrical and/or electronics manufacturing operations! This is a temporary-to-hire position located near Schenectady, NY. Responsibilities of the Process Technician will include:Provide operations with HTS electrical testing and manufacturing processes, as well as collect data, analyze, and reportMaintain and assemble hardware components in PVD, CVD and electro polishing equipment such as vacuum pumps, vacuum fittings, heaters, sputter sources, motorized drives, sensors and controls for temperature, flow etc.Comply with and follow all SOP and laboratory safety protocolsKeep detailed notes during test measurements Foster best practices in terms of test procedures, data chain integrity, and Production Control ProtocolsPrepare accurate and detailed data summariesJob RequirementsQualified Candidates for the role of Process Technician will possess:High School Diploma/GEDPossess a strong mechanical aptitude2-5 years' experience in electrical and electronics manufacturing operationsIs competent in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent communication skillsAbility to multitask and meet goals in a fast-paced production environmentPay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $20-$22/hr.To see a full listing of all our open positions, please visit:can also call one of our recruiting specialists at:(518) 621-1990redShift Recruiting Temporary Solutions is the region"s premier recruiting agency with over 100 years of combined experience in the recruiting field.
